What should I do if I am interested in a ride but cannot book it?

Online booking is only available on certain routes, and is not available for rides under 1 mile in total distance.

If the ride you want to book starts within an area that is eligible for online booking, but ends in a city that is situated outside of this area (or vice versa), then the ride will not be eligible for online booking.

For rides that are not eligible for online booking, you can reserve your seat on the ride by contacting the driver directly.

For these rides, you can contact the driver directly via the private messaging system. The driver’s phone number will also be visible on the ride offer, unless they have chosen to hide it. The payment for these rides is made in cash during the ride.
